Happy Friday! It’s coming to that peak where a lot of people are going on summer break…that’s if you haven’t already.
As for me, it has really been starting to feel a lot like summer.
When someone says summer, I think of SUMMER ROMANCE. I know all you youngin’s and especially the veterans know what I’m talking about (Chad). Everyone has had or WILL experience that genuine and amazing summer “love” where you have more time to kick it and have a little bit more free time to chill with the girl or guy you like. Remember those past summers, where you guys go to the fair… and the dude triess to win her those life size bears or go to the beach and play tackle football with all the homies trying to impress her. This music video and song by Musiq Soulchild- Just Friends definitely reminds me of those times.
Fellas… take notes because these days, I feel like dudes don’t know how to get at girls anymore. Call me old fashion, but I am a firm believer that men should be the one’s that put the effort to try and kick it with the girl they like. I don’t know about you ladies, but it irks me when a guy straight up BULLSHITS! “You’re the most beautiful girl”… “Oooh, you baaaad”… “I just want to make you my wife”…KEEP IT REAL. Any girl can appreciate that. Just like in this song, he’s just trying to kick it… no fuss, no bust and no pressure.
