So this morning I dropped off Chad at the airport at 5:45am.
He's on his way to Barcelona. By the time I finish this post, he's probably already going to be on his way to Bread and Butter. Big ups to Ivan, Buba, Nima, and the whole TrustNobody family!!

Today, James from Attic came through the office with Tim to talk about some Window displays.

Since Chad is gone for a week, Johnny P and I decided to go to LuLu's for Lunch. It was good to get out of the office and talk about future plans for FF.

Later on the afternoon, we went to BestBuy to look for Wii. Unfortunately it's sold out everywhere. But we still got to play games at the store. Like EA's new soccer game.

I give props to people that make these games. I think my brother helped market this game in Asia.

So today we went to go bother Nima and the boyz from Digital Gravel again. Good looking out Neems! You can catch the boyz at Bread & Butter next week.

This is a photo moments before Chad got smacked silly by Nima. Nima is the Ping Pong champion at Digital Gravel. No one can touch the champion belt except the champion. And Chad is certainly not the Ping Pong champion... he is a snippo champion.

This is Mani, Nima's older brother. He is in charge of operations over at DG. We share a lot of common ideas together. He shows me how to make money, I show him how to kill people with one finger... yea... strange isn't it.

Some new goodies customers recieve when shopping at DG. I like the rainbow touch.

This is John and JP. You can't really see both of them. And the reasoning is because they are both ninjas.

Today Chad and I went to go visit the Attic ginormous shoe store in Buena Park. It was my first time being there and man, that place is huge!! They got all your favorite kicks and all of your favorite streetwear brands.

James and I were chatting it up about owning a business. I remember when James first came to the Foreign Family booth at Magic 2 and a half years ago with a notebook full of dreams about opening a shoe store. Well that dream is now a reality and much more. Good job to James and Justin for makin it happen!

When we got back to the office, Ernie and Mike from Digital Gravel came through to kick it with the Fam. They say Ernie has got some riding skills on the fixie... we shall see next time.

Today I stopped by fairfax to the Hundreds store (real lurk style), and dropped off Scottie's artwork. The Hundreds are good folks, they hooked me up with a nice pair of shorts for the summer.

Nice bright colors. The chicks digs it.

The shorts come with a nice sticker and an extra Hundreds button just in case you get fat and it pops off. Well Chad stole that extra button and used it on his shorts.

Phew! Today was the last day of Design Festa.
It was a grueling two days of constant work but with a help of a couple of good friends, everything ran smoothly. Big ups to Shoj, Chobi, Ryoj, Gen, Chion, Peggy, Andy, Tommy, and Kuni for helping me out this weekend. You guys really came through!

Design Festa Day One

Whatup Whatup
So I just got through the first day of Design Festa.
Honestly if you're an artist, you gotta make it out here! This is an event made by the artists, for the artists.
The Design Festa group has made it so it is AFFORDABLE to the artist and the customers walking in to enjoy the convention. They don't try to jack up the prices like other trade shows in Vegas. Yes I said it.
Tommorrow I will be taking flix of other talented artists.
